We would like to inform you that due to the gradual implementation of the new Counter Automation System (CAS), at the Post Offices, the preparation of the label/customs declaration should be done using the new system (Send Item), for items that will be dropped off at the Post Offices that the new CAS system will be operational.

WE KINDLY ASK YOU BEFORE PREPARING THE SHIPPING LABEL, CONSULT FIRST THE TABLE WITH THE POST OFFICES TO SEE WHICH SYSTEM YOU SHOULD USE (OLD OR NEW), BASED ON WHICH OFFICE YOU WILL DROP OFF THE ITEM AND WHEN.

- the preparation of an Shipping Shipment Request and the transmission of data related to the postal item will become mandatory as of 1/1/2021.
- the creation of the shipping request is the responsibility of the sender
- the above requirement is valid for all types of postal items containing goods to non-EU countries as well as all items of the parcel, and EMS Datapost services, regardless of destination and contents.

In addition, due to the pandemic, postal items can be sent only to the countries contained in the list published on our website. We kindly ask you to consult this list to check if the desired country is contained therein.
